BTA Representatives
In order to conduct professional, productive REP meetings, the Executive Board has established some ground rules for making sure the meetings go as smoothly as possible. Representatives are expected to adhere to the following guidelines:
1) Arrive on time
2) No side conversations.
3) Do not interrupt other people.
4) No cell phones during meeting (including texting).
5) Be courteous, respectful and use professional language.
6) Reps will have 5 minutes each to present issues. Please come organized and present your issues in a concise manner.
Please Note: Rep Council meetings are the first Thursday of every month from 3:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. The first meeting will be at
Marla's. Future locations to be announced.
